Dave’s experience with Salesforce began as an end-user in 2001 when he led a CRM evaluation, selection, and implementation for an enterprise-level digital marketing company. With over 25 years of sales management and operations experience in both high-growth public and private companies, Dave brings a new perspective to CloudBlazer and how to leverage Salesforce to fuel high-growth.

Dave began his career in digital marketing when he led the rollout of AutoTrader.com for Central Virginia in 1995 and continued as he joined Silicon Valley-based Knight Ridder Digital. Dave has built regional and national sales teams for CareerBuilder.com, Cars.com, Apartments.com, Digital Air Strike, and a national online display network that is now owned by Centro.

Currently, Dave serves on the Charlotte Interactive Marketing Association’s Board of Directors and is the organization's inaugural president and co-founder. Both his experience and passion for achieving high-growth through the use of effective people, process and platform lead him to the Salesforce implementation and sales enablement business.

At CloudBlazer, Dave leads the business development relationship with Salesforce and their clients. He is accountable for providing an excellent customer experience for the Salesforce Account Executives and their clients when working with the CloudBlazer team on implementation and training projects

Paul Yoder

Partner & COO

Paul Yoder is a technology and business operations executive with nearly four decades of experience helping organizations scale revenue, modernize operations, and execute complex transformation initiatives. Throughout his career, Paul has worked at the intersection of strategy, systems, and execution - bringing an operator's discipline to leadership teams navigating growth, operational complexity, and execution risk.

Paul began his career in financial services as a stockbroker with Thomson McKinnon and PaineWebber before transitioning into business process and sales performance consulting with Sales Performance International, the original developers of the Solution Selling® methodology. At SPI, he partnered with global enterprises including IBM and Microsoft, helping align go-to-market execution with operational rigor and repeatable sales processes.

In 2006, Paul co-founded EnablePath, a Salesforce systems integration firm focused on complex CRM and enterprise application implementations. Under his leadership, EnablePath grew into one of the largest Salesforce partners globally, achieving Platinum Partner status before being acquired in 2014 by Birlasoft, part of the CK Birla Group. Today, Paul advises leadership teams on translating strategy into scalable operating models - spanning business operations, enterprise systems, go-to-market execution, and the challenges of scaling professional services organizations globally.

Mulesoft Practice Lead / Sr. Hyperautomation Architect

Diane’s journey into MuleSoft began with her Master’s capstone project, where she tackled fragmented healthcare systems using Salesforce and MuleSoft to showcase a unified patient experience. Today, she combines her strategic vision, hands-on expertise, and infectious enthusiasm to inspire teams, ignite digital transformation, and deliver AI-driven solutions that help businesses soar to new heights.

Diane brings over three decades of expertise in Information Technology. Recognized as a Top MuleSoft Ambassador in 2022 and 2023, Diane has been a dynamic force in the MuleSoft Community. Serving as a MuleSoft Community Ambassador and Meetup Leader for Women Who Mule AMER, Healthcare and Life Sciences, and the Atlanta, Georgia Meetup group, she fosters connection, collaboration, and innovation within the ecosystem.

As Senior MuleSoft Architect at CloudBlazer, Diane is a trailblazer in designing and implementing seamless integrations with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), identifying automation opportunities through AI and machine learning, and ensuring successful cross-functional solution deployment. Diane’s passion lies in building and leading a highly skilled team of hyperautomation superheroes who deliver transformative, next-level solutions that redefine innovation.

Diane is a Salesforce/MuleSoft Certified Instructor. She is certified to teach over 7 courses. She is one of the two instructors in the Americas that teach hyperautomation for Salesforce.

Harold Hampton joins CloudBlazer as a partner overseeing the IT services channel.

Harold is a seasoned technology and business intelligence executive with over two decades of leadership experience driving innovation, operational efficiency, and digital transformation. As Vice President of IT & Business Intelligence at Broad River Retail, Harold was instrumental in shaping the company’s technological evolution, overseeing enterprise system upgrades, software integrations, mobile platform deployments, and business intelligence initiatives that supported growth and remote work transitions.

With a career spanning media, retail, SaaS startups, and financial services, Harold has held pivotal roles including CIO of The Charlotte Observer, Managing Partner at OS4 Media, and Senior VP at Rollover Systems. He combines deep technical expertise with a sharp business acumen—skills honed through both entrepreneurial ventures and executive leadership roles. Harold is known for building high-performance teams, delivering large-scale technology implementations, and improving operational performance through data-driven insights.

Harold holds a B.S. in Business Administration – Finance from Wichita State University and is recognized for his strategic mindset, agile project leadership, and ability to translate complex systems into scalable business value.

As CloudBlazer's AI Advisory Services Director, Jackson advises organizations on the strategic adoption, implementation, and delivery of customized artificial intelligence solutions tailored to their specific business goals.

Jackson works closely with executive, technical, and go-to-market teams to identify high-value AI opportunities and design bespoke solutions that span AI strategy, large language models, intelligent automation, and AI-enabled marketing. His approach focuses on aligning AI capabilities with each organization’s operating model, customer needs, and growth objectives.

With an emphasis on hands-on discovery, implementation and delivery, Jackson helps organizations move beyond experimentation to deploy scalable, responsibly governed AI systems that drive measurable outcomes. He focuses on bridging advisory insight with execution—ensuring AI initiatives are not only thoughtfully designed, but successfully implemented, adopted, and sustained.

Allie Lemons

VP of Corporate Operations

Allie Lemons is an experienced business leader whose career spans corporate finance, operational leadership, and people-centered management across multiple business functions. She brings a rare combination of financial rigor, execution discipline, and real-world leadership perspective shaped by both executive roles and entrepreneurship.

After earning her degree in Finance from the University of Kentucky, Allie began her career at Bank of America, where she spent seven years in increasingly complex roles. Her experience included mortgage account management and financial analysis, supporting large portfolios and executive decision-making in highly regulated, performance-driven environments. This foundation gave her deep expertise in corporate finance, risk management, and operational controls.

Following her corporate tenure, Allie expanded her leadership scope into research, operations, and organizational support functions—building strong capabilities in human resources, delivery team management, and managed services operations. She is known for creating structure where scale is required, clarity where complexity exists, and accountability without sacrificing culture.

Today, Allie plays a key role within CloudBlazer, where she applies her broad business acumen to strengthening operational systems, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring sustainable growth across the organization's portfolio. She is deeply respected for her ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution, making her an essential force behind operational excellence and client success.

Lynne Perry

Sales and Operations Support Manager

Lynne is a 1997 graduate of the University of North Carolina - Wilmington, with a degree in Recreational Therapy. After college, she moved to Charlotte and worked in Rehabilitation and Long-Term Care Facilities. In 2002, Lynne left the workforce to raise her son. Lynne decided to remain a stay-at-home mom to her, eventually, 4 children. During this time, Lynne also assisted her husband with his Legal Recruiting Company. In addition to serving on multiple school and sports related committees, Lynne also currently serves on the Session of Sharon Presbyterian Church.

Lynne joined CloudBlazer in late 2022 as the Sales and Operations Support Manager. Lynne is responsible for sales operations, marketing and invoicing support.
